Rosanna tells Andy Cohen that she and her siblings, Richmond, Patricia and David Arquette, were suffering from a form of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

AceShowbiz - Rosanna Arquette is still finding her sister Alexis Arquette's death "really painful".

Actress Alexis, who underwent gender transition in her late thirties, passed away in September 2016 at the age of 47 from a heart attack caused by an infection which stemmed from her battle with HIV.

Speaking about Alexis on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" on Thursday night (July 26), Rosanna explained that she and her siblings, Richmond, Patricia and David Arquette, were suffering from a form of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

"It's been fractured and hard since Alexis passed," she said. "It's been really painful for all of us. We're in PTSD."

During the interview, Rosanna was also asked about her favourite memory of her sister. Accordingly, the "Desperately Seeking Susan" star explained that they had a special lunch tradition to celebrate Alexis' birthday each year.

"Well, every birthday - July 28th will be her birthday that's coming up - we would go out to a special lunch just the two of us," the 58-year-old smiled. "That was a very special time, and we always had champagne."
