AceShowbiz - Orlando Bloom was reportedly unimpressed when he caught an audience member using their iPad during a performance of his new play "Killer Joe".
The British actor is currently treading the boards at London theatre Trafalgar Studios in a new production of Tracy Letts' 1993 play. But during a show on Thursday, July 26, Orlando is alleged to have halted the matinee performance after being distracted by the blue light of someone's iPad.
"Eye-witness account from today's matinee of @KillerJoePlay: #OrlandoBloom made two unscripted interventions: "I need YOU to put (the) iPad AWAY NOW!" Then again a few mins later: "PUT that f**king iPad away now and I will wait (sic)," theatre critic Mark Shenton told his Twitter followers.

However, Harry Edwin, who was at the show in question, was quick to clear up the reasons for the tablet gaffe.
"I was sat behind and although it would have looked bad, in her defence she was only using it for her fan as the auditorium was roasting! #preshowpic," he replied to Mark.

Britain is currently experiencing a heatwave, with the mercury hitting 35.1 degrees Celsius (95.18F) in central London on Thursday, making it the hottest day of the year so far.
Last month, Orlando, 41, was forced to pull out of a string of "Killer Joe" performances in June and July due to a conflict with his filming schedule. "The Lord of the Rings" star has been busy filming sci-fi flick "Needle in a Timestack" in Vancouver, Canada but is firmly back in London now for the last few weeks of his play duties.
