AceShowbiz - Cher was horrified by U.S. leader Donald Trump's treatment of Queen Elizabeth II during his recent trip to the U.K.
The President ignored royal protocol and hit headlines in Britain for walking in front of The Queen while inspecting the guard of honour at Windsor Castle. He also kept the monarch waiting as he arrived late.
"Everybody hated him," Cher, who is an ardent critic of Trump, says. "I can only imagine that it's because she has so much dignity, but that he left her standing there, that is inexcusable, that is inexcusable".
The Queen subtly put Trump in his place as they inspected the Army's 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards, but Cher is keen to call him out for every misstep: "In America, we can't figure it out because he just seems to steamroll over everybody and he just has this ongoing dialogue that you go 'What is happening?'".
