AceShowbiz - A new photo from "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" has made its way out online. Coming via Entertainment Weekly, the photo gives fans a first look at young Newt Scamander during his days at Hogwarts.

The image features young Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) standing behind a young Newt (Joshua Shea) who looks rather alarmed at something in front of him. As many fans may already know, Newt was expelled from the magic school "for endangering human life," thus it has been speculated that the photo has something to do with the incident.

Alongside the new photo, it has been revealed that Newt's former classmate and possible love interest Leta Lestrange (Zoe Kravitz) might have been involved in the incident.

"Leta, it's one of those relationship where there was definitely great love there," Eddie Redmayne, who plays grown-up Newt, tells the site. "But was it ever a full-blown relationship? I don't know. But certainly, she's somebody who has touched him hugely. At the beginning of this film you realize she's now in a relationship with Newt's brother so, of course, that comes with great complications."

At the end of the first film, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander. But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald's plans, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

David Yates returns to serve as director, with J.K. Rowling penning the script. Also starring Ezra Miller, Katherine Waterston and Alison Sudol a.k.a. A Fine Frenzy among others, the "Fantastic Beasts" sequel is set to hit theaters across the nation on November 16.
