AceShowbiz - Maisie Williams pays tribute to her time on HBO's mega-popular sci-fi series "Game of Thrones". The Arya Stark depicter takes to her Instagram account to say goodbye to the show in a bloody pic.

The British actress posts a photo of her white shoes which are covered with fake blood. "Goodbye belfast. goodbye arya. goodbye game of thrones," she writes in the caption. "what a joy i’ve had. here’s to the adventures to come #lastwomanstanding #barely #immasleepforthenextfouryears #justkiddingidontsleep." Is Maisie trying to give a spoiler by saying that Arya is the last woman standing?

Maisie is the latest "Game of Thrones" actor to bid farewell to the series, which is set to wrap its story in the upcoming eight and final season. Emilia Clarke, the show's Daenerys Targaryen, previously shared a heartfelt farewell after wrapping filming on the final season.

"Hopped on a boat to an island to say goodbye to the land that has been my home away from home for almost a decade," she wrote beside a photo of herself lying in a field of flowers. "It's been a trip @gameofthrones thank you for the life I never dreamed I’d be able to live and the family I'll never stop missing #lastseasonitis."

Castmate Sophie Turner recently teased that the ending of the cult drama would be both "unpredictable" and "satisfying." The Sansa Stark actor explained. "People have come up with so many fan theories about how it's going to end and who will end up where and who will end up with who."

"It really is so unpredictable the way that it ends up," she added. "I'm very satisfied with that and I think that the fans will be satisfied with that too. Well, we hope. We'll see!" The actress also said that the final season would feature "nice, big battle scenes, that's for sure."

The 6-part eighth and final season of "Game of Thrones" is said to arrive in summer 2019.
