AceShowbiz - Rockers the Dave Matthews Band stumbled through their set at Wisconsin's Summerfest music festival on Sunday, July 01, after experiencing a series of technical issues.

The group's performance was blighted from the start, as the background visuals for the big screen at Henry Maier Festival Park in Milwaukee initially malfunctioned, and the sound was muffled.

The problems continued as the bandmates encountered audio difficulties onstage, but the musicians pressed on, with frontman Dave Matthews briefly acknowledging their troubles during the gig, according to Billboard.com.

The show was part of the group's first tour without longtime violinist Boyd Tinsley, who stepped away from the line-up in May to spend more time with his family.

He was subsequently hit with a lawsuit for sexual misconduct, which accused him of sending former protege James Frost-Winn disgusting, sexually suggestive texts, and masturbating next to him while he was asleep.

Tinsley vehemently denied the allegations and vowed to fight the claims to clear his name.
