EMTs reportedly requested back up from the Sherrif's Dept. before emergency responders arrived at the house. The patient, whom he did not identify, was transported to Las Robles Hospital & Medical Center, Ventura County Sheriff's Office spokesman Capt. Garo Kuredjiann shared.

It was said that Locklear was planningto voluntarily check herself in for a treatment. A source close to the situation reveals that Locklear's condition is currently stable as she's getting the necessary treatment.

This arrives after the former "Dynasty" actress was detained at her California home shortly before midnight on Sunday, June 24. She was charged with two counts of misdemeanour battery upon an officer and emergency services personnel and was held on $20,000 bail.

The 56-year-old star was allegedly intoxicated when a family member called the police to report a disturbance and she reportedly punched a deputy who attempted to separate her from family members as officers arrived. She also reportedly kicked an emergency medical technician, who was trying to help paramedics place her on a gurney.

This is the second time Locklear has been arrested on similar charges following an incident in February. She was charged with four counts of misdemeanour battery on an officer and one misdemeanour count of resisting or obstructing an officer after she reportedly attacked cops who intervened in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend.
