AceShowbiz - Marvel comic book legend Stan Lee's business manager has officially been charged with four misdemeanours linked to filing an alleged false police report last month.

Keya Morgan was charged on Friday, June 22 with two counts of filing a false report of an emergency to an agency, and two counts of filing a false report to a peace officer, according to The Blast.

Morgan was arrested on June 11 after reportedly falsely claiming burglars had entered Stan Lee's home and locked everyone out of the house.

Police officials in Los Angeles investigated the complaint and determined he had fabricated the claims.

Immediately following Morgan's arrest, Lee won a temporary restraining order against his former business manager.
