The singer clearly sounds frustrated after saying it as she later adds, ' I just wanna be left alone my priorities are f***ed up.'

AceShowbiz - SZA may have returned to the stage, but that doesn't mean she has kissed her vocal issues goodbye. In fact, her vocal chords may have suffered severe damage after she tweeted on May 30 that her voice is "permanently injured."

"My voice is permanently injured. Great !!!!!!! YAYYYYUUYH!!!!'n," so she began, before adding in another tweet, "Tonight was the test. That settles that." The songstress clearly sounded frustrated as she continued, "I just wanna be left alone my priorities are f***ed up. They been f***ed up. I need space goodbye."

SZA deleted her tweets afterward.

The news arrived after her label, Top Dawg, announced that the "Go Gina" singer would be taking time off TDE Championship Tour due to swollen vocal chords. "She have to rest her voice to prevent any permanent damage. We been monitoring her close and this is the reason she missed Arizona and New Mexico dates," the statement read. "She'll see the doctor again in a few days and I'll update you guys on her status. As for the dates she missed, we'll figure out a way to make it up to you guys."

The singer later took to her own Twitter account to further apologize to fans and detail her vocal injury. "I've been touring for 11 months. This didn't happen overnight. I've been troubleshooting for a while now and usually steroids and pushing through help. They don't this time," she said in deleted-tweets.

"I'm not sick my voice just won't f***ing work. If I don't pause now I'll be forced to pause permanently. I'm genuinely sorry for every face, voice and energy field I won't be touching," she added. "I'm literally taking as many steroids as I can to speed this up!! It's a waiting game and super weird to be blamed for stuff outta my control but I get it! Again... I'm sorry.. I'll be right back. Pray for me or don't, preciate u either way."
