The 'Wrecking Ball' singer is accused of making false statements in a case involving her half-sister Brandi's German Shepherd, Feather.

AceShowbiz - Model Yolande Ngom has accused Miley Cyrus of perjury in a dog attack lawsuit filed against the pop star's half-sister Brandi.

Ngom claims Brandi's German Shepherd, Feather, bit her at an apartment complex owned by the Wrecking Ball singer's production company Smiley Miley in 2012.

The model has been attempting to depose Cyrus but the singer has been trying to avoid a lengthy legal interview with the plaintiff's lawyers, previously claiming she had no knowledge of the incident and had not met the dog prior to the alleged attack.

However, according to The Blast, a video has surfaced of Cyrus with Feather in 2010. The footage has been given to the singer's legal team and, upon review, the 25-year-old filed an amendment making "clarifications" to her original declaration.

Miley insisted she had "no recollection" of the video because she "(does) not, and cannot, remember every specific video that (she has) made." And since she was unaware of the video at the time of her original declaration, her statements were "technically true".

Ngom's attorneys have now accused her of making false statements in a perjured declaration and they are requesting she be ordered to sit for a deposition. A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for 8 June.
