AceShowbiz - Carrie Underwood will finally be inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame later this year after a nasty fall at home forced her to sit out the honour in November.

The Before He Cheats hitmaker had to pull out of attending the honour roll for the class of 2017 after she broke her wrist and suffered facial injuries in the tumble.

She later revealed she needed 40 stitches in her face.

"The people, culture, and environment molded me into the person I am today," Underwood said last year, when she was first named as an inductee. "It's such an honour to be recognised among such great company by the Oklahoma Hall of Fame!".

Underwood will be honoured alongside late jazz star Charlie Christian, among others, on 15 November in Tulsa. She joins past inductees including Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, Vince Gill, and Gene Autry.
