Experts predict the Ryan Reynolds-starring superhero movie will haul in $130 million over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - The Deadpool sequel has shattered Thursday night debut records at the U.S. box office.

The action-packed superhero comedy, starring Ryan Reynolds, has become the first R-rated movie to pass $18 million on its opening night.

Deadpool 2 easily beats out It, which raked in $13.5 million last year (17).

The sequel expands to 4,349 theatres across North America on Friday, May 18, making it a record wide release for an R-rated title.

Experts predict the film will haul in $130 million over the weekend.
