The actor's ex-fiancee Simone Toliver claims he has been harassing her since they broke up in June 2017.

AceShowbiz - Actor Brad Henke a.k.a Brad William Henke has been hit with a restraining order by his ex-fiancee. The "Orange is the New Black" star and Simone Toliver broke up in June 2017, and she has accused her ex of being physically and emotionally abusive.

Toliver also claims Henke has been harassing her since the breakup and recently sent flowers to her home, which worried her because she has reportedly kept her address secret from the actor. "It frightens me that he was able to obtain my address," her legal documents read.

According to The Blast, Toliver has been granted a temporary restraining order and Henke must stay at least 100 yards away from her. He is also not allowed to contact Toliver over the phone or electronically.

The two parties are due to face off in court next month.
