AceShowbiz - A man who was arrested inside Rihanna's Los Angeles home last week has been charged with felony stalking, burglary and vandalism. Police believe Eduardo Leon broke in to the pop star's home on Wednesday, May 9 and spent a day there, reportedly waiting for Rihanna to return so he could have sex with her.

Cops were called to the "Diamonds" hitmaker's house on Thursday morning, May 10 after her assistant discovered the alarm system had been disabled. Officers found Leon charging his cell phone and unpacking his bag.

When the 26 year old refused to step outside as per cops' orders, he was tased, taken into custody and booked for residential burglary, trespassing, and stalking.

In court on Monday, Leon was charged with the three felonies and misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Leon allegedly broke into another property a week before he made himself at home in Rihanna's pad, believing it belonged to the singer. He was also booked for residential burglary and trespassing.

Rihanna was in New York following the Met Gala at the time of the break-in.
