The 'This Is Us' star claims he was dining with friends at a Chicago, Illinois restaurant recently when a fan forced a kiss on him without his permission.

AceShowbiz - "This Is Us" actor Justin Hartley once chastised an over-aggressive fan after she forced a kiss on him without his permission. The actor was dining with friends at a Chicago, Illinois restaurant recently when a fan approached him and made a scene by yelling at him and kissing him.

"I'm not afraid to say this, because I think she should be ashamed of herself," he tells GoodHousekeeping.com. "This woman - who I don't know, a stranger to me - recognised me and started screaming, going crazy. She ran over and started kissing me."

Hartley immediately backed up from the woman and asked her step away before explaining to her that he felt offended. "I said, 'You do not walk up to people that you do not know and put your mouth on their face. If I did that to you, I would be in prison. Please do not do that,' " he adds, making it clear he was not trying to teach his fan "life lessons," but urging her not to do anything like that to anybody ever again.

Justin reveals the woman seemed embarrassed by her actions and they ended up talking calmly about the situation. However, when she came back to ask for a picture, things went downhill fast again. "I said, 'I'm good,' " he recalls. "I'm usually really good with photos, but I'm, like, 'I'm not taking photos with you after you sexually harassed me. I'm good without a photo.' "

"As she was leaving, she was, like, 'Justin Hartley is a jerk,' but not really jerk - something more foul," he continues. "I was, like, 'You've got to be kidding me.' "
