AceShowbiz - A man was shot and killed during a brawl outside a Yo Gotti gig. The unidentified victim was found with gunshot wounds in a parking lot opposite the Uptown Theatre in Kansas City, Missouri, where Gotti was performing on Friday, May 11, according to the New York Daily News.
Officers told local news station WDAF-TV that a fight inside the theatre had spilled out into the parking lot, when shots were fired. According to Action 41 News, witnesses to the fight heard at least five shots. Police and paramedics who attended the scene declared the victim dead at the scene.
Former NFL player Dwayne Bowe, who performed with Gotti on Friday, took to Instagram Stories to voice his disappointment in the violence. "Stupid s**t gotta stop. We gotta do better black people," he said in the video. "We gotta look out for each other."
Gotti, real name Mario Mims, has not responded to reports of the shooting.
No arrests have yet been made by police.
