Her latest single, 'No Tears Left to Cry', receives critical acclaim in addition to topping music charts in several countries.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande is coming back stronger than ever. Her first track since the Manchester Arena bombing, "No Tears Left to Cry", is well received by fans and music critics. The song has topped charts in several countries, including Australia, Hungary, Ireland, Norway and Singapore. On Billboard's Hot 100, the track debuts at No. 3.
Laura Snapes of the Guardian dubs the song as "one of the most joyful, defiant celebrations of pop and the communities it inspires." Meanwhile, Meaghan Garvey of Pitchfork opines that "the result are superb, evoking turn-of-the-millennium, vocal-led garage buoyed by the kind of gospel delivery that Grande pulls off better than any of her pop peers."
A music video for the track was released on April 20, the same day as the song's release. Directed by Dave Meyers, the visuals features her donning different outfits while belting out the song at multiple locations. Dave said of the clip, "We sort of flirt with the ambiguity of whether you need to find the ground or whether the ground's just what you make of it." Just like the song, the visuals also received critical acclaim.
"No Tears Left to Cry" serves as the first single off her much-anticipated forthcoming album, "Sweetener". During her appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", Ariana debuted live performance of the track as well as shared some exciting details of the new effort, which is expected to be released on July 20.
"It's kind of about bringing light to a situation or to someone else's life, or about somebody that brings light to your life, or sweetening the situation," she said of the title of the album, before revealing a few songs that will be included in her album. Among them are "The Light Is Coming", "God Is a Woman" and first track "Raindrops", which was written by her grandfather's best friend.
Prior to releasing the album, Ariana will hit the stage at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards on May 20. Besides performing, she is nominated for Top Social Artist.
