The rapper takes to Twitter to announce the good news, sharing that one album is a seven-track solo effort while the other is a collaborative album with Kid Cudi.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West fans need to get their money ready. After holing up in Wyoming to record his new music, the rapper has announced that he will be releasing not just one, but two albums in June. One is a solo album, and the other is a collaborative album with Kid Cudi.

The "Gold Digger" rapper took to Twitter on Thursday, April 19 to share the good news in a series of tweets. "My album is 7 songs," he wrote, before sharing the release date in another tweet, "June 1st."

He then followed it up with a tweet that read, "Me and Cudi album June 8th," adding, "It's called Kids See Ghost. That's the name of our group."

Not much is known about the new album, but a source close to the rapper tells HollywoodLife.com that one of the tracks off the effort finds Kanye rapping about his rocky relationship with Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles. "Kanye has finished up his album and doing his best to keep all the music top-secret until it is ready to be released," the source notes.

"He is still choosing which tracks he wants to use and what order to put them in along with album art. Kanye raps about everything on these new songs, from his health issues, to his family, kids and Kim [Kim Kardashian]," the source continues. "He also fearlessly raps about his rocky relationship with Jay and Beyonce. Kanye is so excited to release the new music."

The two albums will mark Kanye's first efforts since his 2016 album "The Life of Pablo", which was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. He has hardly released any new music since then, only appearing as a feature guest on tracks by fellow musicians such as Tyga, Mary J. Blige and Drake. He also helped Migos produce their latest album "Culture II".
