AceShowbiz - Emmy-nominated "Night Court" star Harry Anderson has died. The actor, who was beloved as Judge Harry T. Stone on the hit 1980s sitcom, was found dead at a home in Asheville, North Carolina on Monday, April 16. He was 65.

No cause of death was reported, but local police officials do not suspect foul play.

Anderson also appeared in three episodes of "Cheers" as magician Harry "The Hat" Gitties. The role landed him his starring spot on "Night Court" opposite John Larroquette.

He scored three consecutive Emmy nominations for his role as Stone from 1985 to 1987 and went on to appear in 193 episodes of the show. He also led the cast of the short-lived "Dave's World" and appeared on TV series "Tanner '88", "Tales from the Crypt" and mini-series "It".

He also teamed up with Larroquette on "The John Larroquette Show".
