The 'Butterfly Effect' spitter is sued after he 'refused to show up to the event' that took place at Myth Nightclub on February 3, two days after Stormi's birth.

AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II) may be in trouble after canceling a show in Minnesota days after welcoming Stormi Webster, his first daughter with Kylie Jenner. The rapper was sued by entertainment company PJAM which claimed to pay him $150,000 upfront for his performance.

In addition to $150,000, the company paid $10,000 to his booking agent, according to a new lawsuit that was obtained by TMZ. The document also stated that the company had arranged for a private jet for Scott.

Scott was scheduled to perform at Myth Nighclub on February 3. However, according to The Blast, Scott "refused to show up to the event" just hours before his performance. While reports stated that he had to cancel it due to weather reason, the "Butterfly Effect" spitter performed at Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas on the same day as the canceled performance.

The site also reported that PJAM spent "significant sums Plaintiff paid to advertise the event, lease a large entertainment venue and to hire a staff of waiters, bartenders and other assistants for the night." The company was also said to be suffering from "reputational harm" since it wasn't able to deliver what they advertised to those who attended the event.

PJAM further claimed that Scott had not paid back the $150,000 advance and is now seeking restitution in damages and harm to its reputation. As of now, reps for Scott have yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Travis welcomed Stormi on February 1, with Kylie announcing the news on social media. It was recently reported that his reality TV star girlfriend hired four nannies to take care of their baby.

A source revealed that the nannies had all "been thoroughly vetted, and she keeps them on rotation." The source added, "As a first-mom, there a lot of things she's unsure about. She wants to make sure Stormi has the best care possible."
