While the British crooner notches Favorite Song Award for his hit single 'Shape of You', Demi brings home Favorite Female Artist Award.

AceShowbiz - The full music winner list of the 2018 Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards has been revealed. Ed Sheeran and Demi Lovato were among the acts who walked away with an orange trophy at the event, which took place at The Forum in Inglewood on Saturday, March 24.

Ed won Favorite Song Award for his hit single "Shape of You", beating out the likes of Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled, Selena Gomez, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift and Imagine Dragons. Meanwhile, Demi took home Favorite Female Artist Award after defeating other top female musicians such as Beyonce Knowles, Katy Perry and Pink.

Despite their hiatus, Fifth Harmony notched Favorite Music Group Award. Shawn Mendes brought home Favorite Male Artist award, while Camila Cabello won Favorite Breakout Artist Award. She defeated the likes of Alessia Cara, Cardi B, Harry Styles, Khalid and Noah Cyrus.

Bangtan Boys a.k.a. BTS nabbed Favorite Global Music Star Award. Meanwhile, Taylor, who dominated the music nominations, didn't win anything at the award show, which was hosted by John Cena.

Winners from the television and movies categories were also announced at the event. "Coco" and "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" were among the winners from movies category. On the other hand, winners from television category included "Stranger Things" and "SpongeBob SquarePants".

This year's Kids' Choice Award was held on the same day as March for Our Lives. Thus, it was no surprise that some celebrities who attended the event showed their support for the rally. Among them was Millie Bobby Brown, who donned a denim button-down shirt bearing the names of the 17 people who died in the Parkland shooting last month.

She further showed her support for the rally when she won Favorite TV Actress, talking about feeling inspired by gun reform protests during her acceptance speech. "I'm fortunate to be here tonight to receive an award as an actor... I get to be up here, and I'm privileged to have a voice that can be heard, one that I can use to hopefully make a positive difference and help influence change," she said.
