Along with the black-and-white snap, the KKW Beauty founder writes that she was heartbroken after meeting the families who were affected by gun violence.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are among celebrities who attended the official March for Our Lives in Washington D.C. on Saturday, March 24. The following day, Kim took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of her husband and daughter North which was taken from the rally.

The black-and-white picture saw the "Gold Digger" hitmaker carrying their 4-year-old daughter on his shoulder. She captioned it, "What an amazing day yesterday to take my daughter to Washington DC to see our future leader speak. Having my daughter march along-side her grandfather and parents was a day I hope she remembers forever."

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star went on sharing that she was heartbroken after meeting the families who were affected by gun violence. She said, "I know that the younger generation will vote to change these gun laws that so desperately need to be changed. Hearing these stories yesterday and meeting so many families affected by gun violence was heart breaking and I hope when it comes time to vote we all step up and vote to protect our children."

Kim also took to Twitter to share another photo of the father-daughter duo. In the snap, Kanye looked lovingly at their eldest daughter while holding her in his arms. North, meanwhile, was seen holding a drink. "I'm so happy I got to share this moment with these two. I hope North remembers this forever," so she captioned the picture.

Other celebrities who joined March for Our Lives protest in Washington D.C. included Cher, Jennifer Hudson, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande and "Parks and Recreation" cast.

Meanwhile, Kendall Jenner joined the Los Angeles rally along with best pal Hailey Baldwin. Besides Kendall and Hailey, the likes of Charlie Puth, Rita Ora, Jaden Smith, Olivia Wilde and Amy Schumer joined more than 2,000 people in the city to protest against gun violence.
