The rumored lovebirds are caught on camera sharing a kiss after they slow-dance outside West Hollywood steakhouse Carlitos Gardel.

AceShowbiz - Did Cara Delevingne and Paris Jackson go public with their romance? The rumored lovebirds were spotted kissing while enjoying a dinner date at West Hollywood steakhouse Carlitos Gardel on Thursday, March 22.
In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, Cara and Paris were accompanied by the latter's godfather Macaulay Culkin and his girlfriend Brenda Song. The foursome was spotted hanging outside the restaurant, with Cara leaning down to ask a giggling Paris to dance. They then slow-danced on the sidewalk before sharing a kiss.
The "Suicide Squad" actress was also seen briefly sitting on Paris' lap as the pair happily chatted with the "Home Alone" actor and his actress girlfriend. "Cara was sitting on Paris' lap and they were both smoking outside the restaurant as they waited for their table," an eyewitness told E! News.
"They took turns stroking each other's backs. When they got up, they linked arms and their hands brushed one another," the onlooker continued. "They slow danced for a few minutes. Cara was teaching Paris some steps and they were having a lot of fun. At the end of their dance, they kissed. First Paris kissed Cara's cheek and then they kissed on the lips."
The eyewitness went on revealing that the British actress "stood behind Paris and put her arms around her waist and whispered in her ear. They gave each other a long hug and Paris rested her head on Cara's shoulder. She looked like she didn't want to let go."
Cara and Paris first sparked dating rumors after the latter shared on Instagram a picture of them spending Christmas holiday together. They later added fuel to the rumors when they were caught holding hands after attending a concert in London. Earlier this week, Paris shared a video of them cuddling up on bed while watching lesbian movie "Carol".
While neither Cara nor Paris has yet to comment on the rumors, a source tells PEOPLE that they are just friends. "They have a flirty friendship but aren't dating or in a relationship," a source reveals to the site. "Paris is 19 years old and living her life. She has no plans to settle down any time soon."
