When once again asked if 'everything going to be okay under Donald Trump', the former White House staffer responded, 'We'll have to wait and see.'

AceShowbiz - Former White House staffer Omarosa stopped by "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" on February 28. The reality TV star, who previously competed on CBS' "Celebrity Big Brother", dished on controversial comments about Donald Trump she made on the show to host Stephen Colbert. As Stephen is a wide-known critic of Trump, the episode was definitely worth to watch.

When asked about the comments, Omarosa responded, "It was part of a bigger discussion." While breaking down in tears, Omarosa previously told fellow cast member Ross Matthews that things were "not going to be okay" when it comes to Trump's White House.

"We were talking about immigration and round ups and particularly about a family of a man who had been in the country and was sent back," "The Apprentice" alum detailed to the host about the said scene. "I believe that the immigration debate will continue. It's a very difficult and complicated subject. I don't believe it can be resolved so simply."

Stephen tried to make Omarosa reveal more about what "was not going to be okay," whether she referred to "DACA kids" or "immigrants" or "the rest of it." While she didn't give an explicit answer, Omarosa responded, "I don't want 15 seconds on a reality show to encapsulate such a serious topic."

Stephen later once again asked Omarosa, "Is everything going to be okay under Donald Trump?" to which she replied, "We'll have to wait and see."

During her appearance on "Celebrity Big Brother", Omarosa once revealed that she was "haunted" by Trump's tweets. "What was it about the tweets that haunted you," asked Stephen to Omarosa. "He announced major policy issues on Twitter. The Transgender ban for instance. For someone whose in communications like Hope (Hope Hicks) and myself, that's not the place you want to find out at 5 in the morning something that would impact so many people. You want to find out in a policy briefing from the director of domestic policy about those issues, not on Twitter," Omarosa, who officially resigned from her job as director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison in January, explained.

She further claimed that she "tried to be a voice of reason" in the White House. "Watching him in this position has caused me to be excited sometimes and sometimes be very concerned," said Omarosa. "I think if you woke up tomorrow and your best friend was president, you'd have that same range of emotions."
