In the black-and-white snap, the 22-year-old model is seen rocking nothing but her birthday suit as the phrase 'I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur' covers her goods.

AceShowbiz - Ireland Baldwin is fulfilling her childhood dream by posing nude for PETA's anti-fur campaign. Her shoot came almost 25 years after her mom Kim Basinger did the same thing in support of the animal rights organization.

The 22-year-old model took to Instagram on February 28 to share a black-and-white snap from the shoot, which saw her rocking nothing but her birthday suit as the phrase "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" covered her goods. "I've dreamt of shooting this for as long as I can remember," she wrote in the caption.

"If you don't truly know what goes into making fur, please educate yourself," she continued. "Fur is cruel no matter what. If you wouldn't skin and wear your own dog, then you shouldn't wear fur at all because all animals are created equal. Save our animals, save our planet and join me and #peta in making more conscious choices."

I’ve dreamt of shooting this for as long as I can remember. 💘 If you don’t truly know what goes into making fur, please educate yourself. Fur is cruel no matter what. If you wouldn’t skin and wear your own dog, then you shouldn’t wear fur at all because all animals are created equal. Save our animals, save our planet and join me and #Peta in making more conscious choices ❤️🐺🦊🐻❤️

In an accompanying video, the daughter of Alec Baldwin says, "I saw the images from when my mom shot this campaign so it's something I've aspired to do. Since I was a little girl I wanted to do something for PETA. This is something my mother has fought her entire life and has advocated for and something I am trying to do as well."

Ireland is so passionate about the cause that she makes sure to include an anti-fur cause in her modeling contract. "I actually have it in my contract as a model that I won't wear fur," she adds. "I didn't want that to be a part of my brand. I've had wardrobe people try to put me in fur coats and jumpsuits and lay on a fur rug and do whatever, and I've actually told people to f**k off."

The "Grudge Match" star joined a high-profile group of celebrities who have participated in the campaign. Among them are Pamela Anderson, Pink and Gillian Anderson.
