AceShowbiz - Is it a boy or a girl? Khloe Kardashian is ready to reveal the gender of her first child with NBA star boyfriend Tristan Thompson. In a promo for the Sunday, March 4 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", Khloe tells her sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian about her baby's sex.
"Do you want to know what I'm having?" the soon-to-be mom asks her sisters. Though the video doesn't actually reveal anything, oldest sister Kourtney Kardashian responds, "I'm shocked," after finding out. The trio then embrace in a big hug.
While the gender is not revealed in the short clip, multiple reports have previously said that Khloe is having a boy. A fan asked the youngest Kardashian sister via Twitter earlier in January if she would be revealing her baby's sex on the E! reality show.
"We will be revealing on the show but not this week," the "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian" host wrote back at the time. If the preview is any indication, it seems Khloe will share the news with the world in the season finale of her famous family's reality show.
During the last episode of "KUWTK", Khloe said she planned to follow in Kim's footsteps and eat her baby's placenta after giving birth in late March or early April. After revealing that she would have the baby in Cleveland, she told Kim, "I'm going to eat it in pills."
"My placenta was like double the size, it was really oddly big, so she gave me two jars," Kim recalled. The new mom-of-three said she opted for "grape flavor" in her "picked placenta." "Ewwww," Khloe, who was eating a salad during their conversation, squealed.
"I really can't deal with that belly button, placenta thing," she cringed.
Also in that episode, Khloe said of baby daddy Tristan, "He's so happy and so excited... he makes it, more fun," while noting that she felt no need to rush to get married to him. "I was married before and it didn't do anything for me... I'm in a good, healthy relationship," she said, smiling.
