The Batman depicter and the 'Saturday Night Live' producer were seen packing on the PDA during the outing as 'they seemed very happy and close.'

AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck and his girlfriend Lindsay Shookus had their own agenda to celebrate Valentine's Day. The couple was seen going house-hunting in the upscale coastal Los Angeles neighborhood of Pacific Palisades. According to E! News, it was just a few miles away from Jennifer Garner's house, where she lives with her and the actor's three kids.
"Ben and Lindsay spent Valentine's Day house-hunting in Pacific Palisades," an eyewitness said of the couple, who sported color-coordinated outfits in black. "They visited two homes in the $8 million-$10 million range with a broker who gave them tours."
The Batman depicter and the "Saturday Night Live" producer were seen packing on the PDA during the outing. At one point, Ben, who wore a leather jacket which he teamed with a tee, pants and cap, put his hand around his bae's waist. The pair also looked all smiles throughout the day.
"While Ben and Lindsay were waiting for the first house to be opened, Ben grabbed Lindsay on the doorstep and pulled her in close for a hug," the eyewitness went on saying. "They were swaying back and forth hugging and laughing. He kissed her on the forehead."
The 45-year-old actor allegedly "walked with his arm around her and put his hand on her lower back. They seemed very happy and close." According to the source, "they spent about 20 minutes at each house and left with flyers showing the price and layouts of each. They went back to Ben's house for the afternoon."
The source added, "After they returned home, a delivery arrived with an enormous balloon arrangement of Valentine's themed balloons. There were big pink hearts, glitter hearts, flower balloons and all types of things that made up a giant creation. It was so big the delivery man had trouble getting it out of the truck. He made it up to Ben's gate and left the delivery."
It came after Jennifer was photographed getting cozy with a mystery man. While running errands in the Brentwood area, the 45-year-old actress was snapped walking beside the man, who casually put his arm around the actress' shoulders. The mother of three also put her arm around the man while one of her hands was holding a cup of drink. Both looked happy as they were seen sporting big smiles on their faces.
