AceShowbiz - %cTaylor Swift% is expanding her list of properties in Tribeca. The 28-year-old singer/songwriter recently purchased a second-floor unit measuring 3,540 square feet at 155 Franklin Street in Manhattan for $9.75 million, sources tell New York Post.
With her latest acquisition, the "Look What You Made Me Do" hitmaker has spent almost $47.7 million in total on a single block in NYC. She has previously purchased two top-floor units in the same building that she combined to create a penthouse duplex measuring 8,000 square feet. She reportedly paid $19.5 million for the penthouse properties, which were formerly owned by "Lord of the Rings" director Peter Jackson, in 2014.
The Grammy Award winner also owns an $18 million townhouse next door at 153 Franklin St., which comes with its own paparazzi-proof garage.
Other celebrities who live at 155 Franklin include comedian %cAziz Ansari%, who bought his $5.7 million unit from Rangers captain %cRyan McDonagh% last May. Former residents include %cOrlando Bloom% and Academy Award-winning director Steven Soderbergh.
Besides her properties in New York, Taylor owns property in Beverly Hills, Nashville and Rhode Island.
It's currently unknown what Taylor plans to do with her new property, but she may be looking to connect the three properties and build herself a garage so that she can head in and out without drawing the attention of paparazzi. The "Bad Blood" songstress often invites her girl squad to come over to her 8,000 square-foot penthouse.
Taylor is currently gearing up to kick off her "Reputation" tour, which will begin in Glendale, Arizona, on May 8. The tour includes more than 30 stops and 50 scheduled concerts in cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
She recently took to Instagram to share a cute picture of her cat. "We are all stretching to prep for that tour choreo," she wrote in the caption.
