AceShowbiz - She's here! After months of staying under the radar, Kylie Jenner announced the arrival of her first child, a baby girl, with rapper boyfriend Travis Scott (II) on Sunday, February 4. The 20-year-old new mom took to her Instagram account to tell her online devotees that she gave birth to her "beautiful and healthy" baby girl on Thursday, February 1.
"I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions," so Kylie began writing. "I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys," she continued. "My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free and health way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness."
"Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering and life changing experience I've had in my entire life and I'm actually going to miss it," she added. "I appreciate my friends and especially my family for helping me make this special moment as private as we could. My beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and I just couldn't wait to share this blessing. I've never felt love and happiness like this I could burst! Thank you for understanding."
Kylie also shared on YouTube a video of her pregnancy journey. Titled "To Our Daughter", the 11-minute video montage featured clips from the last nine months and never-before-seen photos of her during her pregnancy as well as throwback videos from when her mom Kris Jenner welcomed her into the world.
The "Life of Kylie" star could be seen at one point posing with her sister Khloe Kardashian, who is also expecting her own baby with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, while they rubbed their bare baby bumps. The video also showed the bond she shares with her other sisters, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
Meanwhile, feeling excited by his baby's arrival, new dad Travis took to Twitter to say there's a "new rager in town" after his daughter was born. "2.1.18 4 ever New rager in town. !!!" so the "Butterfly Effect" rapper tweeted.
