AceShowbiz - Suzy is finally back! A day after sharing a snippet of first track "I'm in Love with Someone Else" off her sophomore solo album "Faces of Love", the songstress finally released the track on January 22 along with its accompanying music video.
The four-minute visuals finds the "While You Were Sleeping" actress reminiscing about her romantic moments with her boyfriend as she confesses that she wants to break up with him because of another person. Suzy recalls enjoying a beach date with him and sharing a sweet kiss inside a theater.
"Until you hold onto me standing and crying/ I am in love with someone else/ I didn't want to tell you all/ You are a good person," she sings over the smooth mellow piano. "Do not hold on to crumbling down sandcastle/ Do not try anymore/ I am in love with someone else/ You did not want anything/ You always gave everything to me."
Fans of Suzy immediately flooded the comment section with gushing messages as soon as the video was released on YouTube. Many of them noted that they were crying while watching the heartbreaking visuals. A fan wrote, "I can't stop watching this. Well done once again Suzy. You nearly made me cry. You're amazing."
"Faces of Love" will be released on January 29. There are seven songs on the mini album, and Suzy took part in both lyrics writing and composing. Along with the music video for "I'm in Love with Someone Else", the South Korean beauty will release three additional music videos.
Her sophomore album will be the first album that Suzy releases after her label JYP Entertainment announced Miss A's disbandment in late last year. "Our label girl group Miss A has disbanded," a rep for the entertainment label simply stated at the time.
