While GOT7 teams up with NCT 127 to perform Shinhwa's 'Hey, Come On!', BTS closes out the show by performing three of their hits including 'Mic Drop'.

AceShowbiz - South Korean broadcast station SBS held its annual Gayo Daejun at the Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul on December 25. The theme for this year's event, which was hosted by IU and Yoo Hee Yeol, was "Number One", in which the artists paid tribute to former No. 1 tracks with special covers and collaborations.

Popular girl group TWICE delivered a rendition of Fin.K.L's "Now". Donning all-white ensembles, four members of the group danced sexily while singing a cover of the 2000 hit track. They later joined the other members to perform some of their own hit songs such as "Heart Shaker" and "Likey".

Another group who paid tribute to hit songs of the past was GOT7. They didn't perform alone, though. Teaming up with NCT 127, both groups belted out a cover of Shinhwa's 2001 hit "Hey, Come On!". During the performance, Taeyong and Yugyeom joined forces to showcase their arranged choreography before the others started singing again.

Shortly after that, Blackpink performed their remix of Wonder Girls' 2007 hit "So Hot". Instead of using the same bars for the rap part, member Lisa and Jennie delivered their own verses for the special performance. "A little bit of black with a little bit of pink/ But ain't none little about this," they rhymed. "Been living it big your crib could fit in my crib/ Don't gotta say it no more."

On the other hand, EXO did not deliver a special rendition of hit songs of the past. Instead, they performed three of their hit songs which were "Ko Ko Bop", "Run This" and "Power". During their performance of "Run This", the boys went around the stage, asking fans to sing along with them.

Bangtan Boys a.k.a BTS closed out the show that night, performing their latest songs "Mic Drop", "DNA" and "Not Today". The seven-piece boyband, who donned black suits, began their performance by re-enacting a scene from their "Mic Drop" music video before walking down the stairs.
