The former stripper is being sued for sharing on the social media the photo of herself, Rob Kardashian and her son King Cairo which she didn't own and didn't credit.

AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna has been hit with a lawsuit over a family photo. According to a new TMZ report, the former "Rob & Chyna" star is being sued for sharing on her Instagram account the photo of herself, Rob Kardashian and her son King Cairo which she didn't own and didn't credit.

In the suit, filed in federal court in California on Wednesday, November 15, photo agency FlameFlynet alleges that Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renee White, infringed on its copyright of the December 2016 photo showing her with her then fiance taking her son out near their then home in Calabasas.

"The Photograph is highly creative, distinctive, and valuable," reads the suit. "Because of White's celebrity status, and the Photograph's quality and visual appeal, plaintiff (and the photographer it represents) stood to gain licensing revenue from licensing the Photograph."

According to the suit, the photo was originally licensed for limited use by several websites including Daily Mail and HollywoodLife.com, and bore copyright information including a watermark in the bottom left corner. However, the suit says the version posted on Instagram by "White or someone working on her behalf" was altered to strip FlameFlynet's credit.

The photo agency claims in the suit that Chyna's alleged unauthorized use of the photo "harms the existing and future market for the original Photograph." In addition, the suit contends, since Chyna "uses her Instagram feed for the purposes of promotion," the alleged use of the photo "is commercial in nature."

Alleging copyright infringement and other counts, the agency is asking for an injunction preventing Chyna from further copying and displaying of the image, as well as unspecified damages.

Chyna has since deleted the photo that included Kardashian from the photo-sharing platform, maybe on account of their nasty breakup following the birth of their daughter Dream on November 10, 2016. King Cairo is her son with her other ex, rapper Tyga. The exes were together from 2011 to 2014.
