The actress who accused the former 'Gossip Girl' actor of rape has filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department.

AceShowbiz - Actress Kristina Cohen has officially filed a police report at the Hollywood division of the Los Angeles Police Department after accusing Ed Westwick of rape. The report states that "suspect forced victim to have sexual intercourse inside his residence...three years ago." The "Gossip Girl" alum is now under investigation by the LAPD.

Two witnesses came forward to support Cohen's allegation. Her friend Blaise Godbe Lipman told Deadline that Cohen confided in him the morning after the alleged assault. It happened in February 2014, a few days after Valentine's Day. He said that Cohen left her car at his house before going to Westwick's home in the Hollywood Hills.

"She came over to my home the following morning and told me everything. She was in a state of shock. It was without a doubt a rape," Lipman revealed before adding, "I've known her since 2009. We were teen actors. We worked on a few projects over the years. We met on the Warner Bros. lot in 2008."

Cohen's sister Katalina Colgate also said that Cohen told her about the alleged rape. "Very shortly after it happened, she told me that she was raped. She told me and my other sister. I was furious," Colgate said, claiming that it was very difficult for Cohen to talk about the horrifying incident.

In a previous lengthy Facebook post, Kristina Cohen said that she was introduced to Ed Westwick by her then-boyfriend and they went to the actor's house together. She became uncomfortable after Westwick suggested they "should all f**k." She wanted to leave but the boyfriend convinced her to stay.

"So I went and laid down in the guest room where I eventually fell asleep," she recalled, "I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to fuck me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn't speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me."

Instead of standing up for her, the then-boyfriend reportedly blamed her for what happened. He even warned her not to tell anyone because Westwick would "destroy" her.

Cohen didn't say who the boyfriend was in her FB message, but Lipman revealed it was Australian producer Kaine Harling. "It was Kaine Harling," Lipman said. "It's been an absolute rollercoaster going through this, but I know that I'm serving the greater good and that it's for the collective of all of us to have a voice and to create radical change in the industry. I want to deliver a message of restoration for all the women going through this, and to show that we can heal our relationships with men and women."

Harling hasn't responded to the accusation, but Westwick has addressed it on Twitter. "I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape," he wrote.

Blaise Godbe Lipman is also a sexual assault survivor. The former child actor claimed that he was sexually assaulted by celebrity agent Tyler Grasham. The agent was fired from Agency for the Performing Arts. More people have since come forward as Grasham's victims. The agent is, too, under police investigation.
