AceShowbiz - Jeremy Meeks' estranged wife Melissa filed court documents demanding child and spousal support. In the court documents, the 38-year-old nurse also called the hot felon, who is now in a relationship with British Topshop heiress Chloe Green, an "absentee father" for their 7-year-old son, Jeremy Meeks, Jr.
Melissa alleged that Jeremy only saw their son "maybe 2 days a month" following their nasty split this summer. According to TMZ, she also said that the 33-year-old felon-turned-model "basically lives as a playboy with a rich girlfriend." In addition, Melissa claimed in the docs that his husband of 8 years now drives a flashy $150K car as well as is loaded with expensive jewelry.
She added that "success went to his head and he left" her and their son. However, Melissa didn't specifically state how much she wanted from him. "I am not yet sure of his income, but I am sure it is more than mine," she claimed.
Melissa stated in the suit that she's seeking sole legal and physical custody of Jeremy Junior.
The former couple separated in July after being together for 8 years. It came after photos of Jeremy making out with Chloe aboard a luxury yacht in Turkey went online. Jeremy officially filed for divorce from Melissa this month.
Melissa recently talked about her "heartbreaking" split from the model on "This Morning". "I had no indication he was looking for another relationship," she said. "People who are married, you go through your ups and downs, I thought it was a new chapter in our lives, we'd have to get over the hump and it would be fine."
She continued, "He was just apologetic for how things came out and how hurt I was by it. I don't really think there's any denying it based on the photos that were out there... That's my husband of 8/9 years, I love him deeply, I still do. It's very hard when I think about what happened. I wish I still had my husband to go home to... but I don't believe there is any hope."
