While the lovebirds are excitingly expecting their second child together, fans accuse the 'Miss Independent' crooner of hypocrisy.

AceShowbiz - Shaffer Jr. will have a little sibling soon. Ne-Yo and wife Crystal Smith shared on Instagram on October 25 that they are expecting their second child together. Ne-Yo posted on Instagram a photo collage of their children alongside a picture of question marks.
Everyone can see that the "Because of You" hitmaker is very excited about the baby as he added a lot of baby emoticons in the caption. He wrote, "Guess who's awaiting a NEW ARRIVAL!?! @itscrystalsmith and yours truly are happy to announce we are expecting!"
Crystal also shared the news on Instagram. She posted pictures of the couple cuddling and kissing, captioning it, "We didn't plan for you but you are Gods plan and I thank you for choosing us to be your parents! Impatiently awaiting our newest addition."
In an interview with E! News, Crystal and Ne-Yo said that they are not the only ones who are excited about the newest addition. "Maddie has asked a few times for a little sister since having SJ so finger crossed," they said of Madeline, Ne-Yo's daughter with Monyetta Shaw. "This gender reveal party is going to be epic."
When asked whether or not they've already decided on a name for the baby, they answered, "We have had names for our angels since before Shaffer Jr. was born so, yes, we are all set on baby names."
Crystal added that she was able to avoid morning sickness during her first trimester. "Actually I haven't really been sick at all but the cravings are real!" "The Platinum Life" star said. "All I want are oysters and steak! Which since becoming vegan has totally messed up my diet but as long as our miracle gets the nutrition it needs I will eat all the meat in the world!"
While the lovebirds are happy with their newest addition, it seems fans don't feel the same way. Instead of congratulating the couple, they accused the "Miss Independent" singer of hypocrisy. This is because Ne-Yo previously told his ex-fiancee Monyetta to tie her fallopian tubes, saying that their two children were enough. After Monyetta had a tubal ligation, the singer called their engagement off and built a new family with Crystal, who gave him a child.
An angry fan commented, "Don't get why u made ur other baby. Mama burn her tubes just to move on n keep having kids... That's just plain ole mean smh nice music but an a**hole in real life." Another fan gave a warning to Crystal, saying, "@itscrystalsmith he will shut on you eventually like he did baby mother #1. Trust me. You just needed stability with a check."
