Fans are freaking out when the 'Bodak Yellow' rapper's engineer Ashby shares on Instagram Stories a picture of a file of what appears to be a collaboration between the two stars.

AceShowbiz - It seems that a big collaboration is in the works. Beyonce Knowles reportedly has joined Cardi B for the rapper's new song, and it looks like they've already recorded a demo version of the upcoming track.

On October 22, Cardi's engineer Ashby posted on Instagram Stories a screenshot of a song file entitled "Wet", but that wasn't the reason why fans are freaking out. It was because the engineer put Beyonce's name on the file, even captioning it, "Wow this feature is big."

A fan wrote on Twitter, "Wet by Cardi B feat. Beyonce? I am here for it. This is my song!! I don't care that it hasn't dropped yet... This is my mf song!"

Another fan, who couldn't contain her excitement, wrote in all-caps, "I NEED CARDI B AND BEYONCE TO MAKE A SONG TOGETHER OMG MY LIFE WOULD BE COMPLETE."

The two artists first met at Jay-Z's "Made in America Festival", which was held in Philadelphia on September 2. Cardi, along with The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, 21 Savage and more, was one of the performers at the festival, and she couldn't be any happier when she met the 35-year-old pop icon.

The female rapper took a picture together with Beyonce and posted it on Instagram, captioning it, "B***H I met Beyonce B***h!!!!"

Cardi, dressed in a sexy metallic dress, flashed a huge smile on her face as Beyonce wrapped her hands around the "Bodak Yellow" rapper's shoulders. Beyonce looked stunning in ripped denim hot pants, a white T-shirt and an oversized checkered jacket. She completed her look with shades.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Cardi gushed about meeting the "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" hitmaker. "I mean I'm surprised Beyonce likes me," the 25-year-old rapper exclaimed. "I met Beyonce."

Cardi also shared details about her upcoming debut album in the interview, saying that it would be released in October. "I have an album coming, and it would be dropping on October," she added. However, it was later revealed that the album's release date may be pushed back.
