AceShowbiz - Harry Styles had his crotch grabbed during a performance. The One Direction member was performing his song "Kiwi" at the "We Can Survive" concert at the Hollywood Bowl on October 21 when that happened.
Fans posted the videos of the incident on Twitter, where Harry was seen going down to the very front of the stage to get the audience excited. Little did he knew, someone took advantage of it. An eyewitness told Yahoo! Celebrity U.K., "Near the end of performing 'Kiwi', like usual, Harry went to the very front of the stage to get the crowd extra excited. He got down onto his knees and was shaking his arms to the music with his eyes closed."
"A fan then reached out and touched his crotch. He very quickly got up and appeared to also shove their hand a little bit to remove them faster," the eyewitness continued. "You can tell it freaked him out a little because as he continued performing, he avoided the section that fan was standing in."
WTF!!! When your favorite artist is close to you, this does not justify you touching him in this way. #RespectHarry pic.twitter.com/0PdUGR6nN2

A fan wrote, "Harry is not a sexual object, know your limits. Harry has been nothing but kind and respectful to all his fans. Do the same."

Another fan commented that the incident happened because his team has sexualized him from the age of sixteen, saying that it encouraged fans to feel entitled to Harry. "This is what sexualizing him from the age of sixteen has created," the fan wrote. "A mindset of dehumanizing him and objectifying him to the point of sexual harassment/assault because his team encouraged fans to feel entitled to the product that was and is Harry Styles."
