The 'Think About That' singer shows her vulnerable side as she carries the baggage of past romance into her new relationship.

AceShowbiz - Jessie J debuts a music video in support of her newest single "Not My Ex". In a simple black-and-white video, the singer struggles to contain her emotion as she remembers her past relationship that ended painfully and warns her new lover that she has a lot of baggage.

"My ex used to tell me I'm flawless, while laying low with all the girls/ Believed him when he said he was honest, then blame myself when I got hurt/ My ex used to tell me I'm selfish, but never did he put me first/ Ignore me and he do it on purpose, just to have the last word," she sings. "But now you wanna love me, who knows what you'll find."

The song is lifted from Jessie's upcoming fourth studio album "R.O.S.E." which stands for "Realizations, Obsessions, Sex and Empowerment." It's led by a single called "Think About That" that represents the "Realizations" while the second single "Not My Ex" represents the "Obsessions."

The album is a follow-up to her 2014 effort "Sweet Talker". She explained the 3-year gap in an interview with Billboard, "It's nothing less and nothing more than just growing as a woman from 25-30. It's a big time. Everything that happened during those three years can be put into each of the four words..."

"I was reassessing life: love, heartbreak, business decisions, had I achieved enough, was I happy where I am," she added. "I'm more sure of what I stand for now and not as afraid. I'm more fearless even though I probably seemed more fearless back then. Now I allow my inner strength to do the talking."

The new album hasn't got a release date, but Jessie J has mapped out a series of tour dates to promote her new music. She kicked it off October 8 at Birmingham Institute. Her North American tour stops include New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
