Winslet recalls her male co-star's strange request when they were filming a love scene for their movie 'The Mountain Between Us'.

AceShowbiz - Kate Winslet revealed Idris Elba's secret fetish. When the two dropped by "The Graham Norton Show" to promote their new movie "The Mountain Between Us", the actress let it slip that "Star Trek Beyond" actor had a fixation with feet.
The "Steve Jobs" actress found it out when she got an unusual request from her male co-star when they were filming a love scene for the romantic survival film. She remembered he told her, "Keep your socks on," while "everything else was off."
She was a little offended at first because she thought he didn't want to see her "very very big feet." Turned out, "it's the opposite, ladies and gentleman," she exclaimed. "Idris loves feet!" The actor looked bashful as he admitted, "I've just got a bit of a thing."
Winslet said she was "quite bossy" during the filming of the steamy scene because Elba and the director Hany Abu-Assad never shot love scene before. "I've done quite a lot of these scenes before and poor Hany (Abu-Assad, director) was really quite nervous and had an extensive shot list and I thought, 'We are never going to get this done,' " she recalled. "Idris was a bit nervous too and everything was moving a bit slowly so I just said, 'Okay boys, this is what we are going to do...' and we just got on with it."
"The Mountain Between Us" is coming out in theaters across the country this weekend after getting premiered at Toronto International Film Festival in September. Kate Winslet, last seen on the big screen in 2016's "Collateral Beauty", will next be seen in "Wonder Wheel" and "Mary and the Witch's Flower". She is also signed up for "Avatar" sequel. Meanwhile, Idris Elba recently starred in "The Dark Tower". His next projects include "Thor: Ragnarok" and "Molly's Game".
