The Batman depicter, who just finished his rehab stint seven months ago, reportedly 'is spiraling out of control,' and 'people are urging him to go into inpatient rehab.'

AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck is still seeking treatment for his alcohol addiction. The Batman depicter was spotted arriving at an outpatient treatment in Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 4, seven months after he finished his rehab stint for his addiction.

Ben, who dressed casually in a sweatshirt and gray sweatpants, "looked so happy," says a source to Us Weekly. "He was in such a good mood and looked refreshed."

"Ben is taking the utmost care of himself and working on himself continuously and being the best father and best person he can be," a source speaks of the "Justice League" star. "Since his last round of rehab, he has learned what works for him in terms of living a happy and healthy life."

"He took himself off a film to focus on himself, his health, his family and his happiness. He is proactively putting himself in the right situations to be happy, healthy and succeed. He's trying to live a normal a normal life and is focused on putting his family first," adds the source.

However, another report claims that the reason he seeks further treatment for his addiction is because the actor's "drinking has gotten worse." According to In Touch, the ex-husband of Jennifer Garner "is spiraling out of control," and "people are urging him to go into inpatient rehab."

"He knows he needs to check back into rehab," says the insider. "The problem is that he wants to go on his terms. He wants to do it on his time, but like most addicts, that time keeps getting put off. This relapse has gone on too long already."

"When he does [get help], he takes the treatment very seriously and listens to all of the staff's advice," continues the insider, who says that everyone who is close to the actor hopes he listens to them and takes that "first step" once again. "This is a disease and he wants nothing more than to be present for his family and his girlfriend," the insider reveals.

In fighting his alcoholism, Ben surely needs constant support from people surrounding him. However, it seems like his new girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, isn't helping the situation. The couple previously attended HBO's Emmy after-party at Pacific Design Center in WeHo. Ben reportedly "ordered a water at the bar," but once he joined the "Saturday Night Live" producer and Larry David, he traded his water for "a short glass filled with whiskey and Coke." The insider concludes, "Lindsay may not know it, but she's enabling him."
