The former 'Glee' star has reportedly filed a legal request to dismiss her divorce from her actor husband.

AceShowbiz - Naya Rivera is reportedly giving her marriage to Ryan Dorsey another chance. According to The Blast, the former "Glee" actress has filed a request to dismiss her divorce from the 34-year-old actor. A source tells E! News, "She is back together with Ryan Dorsey. They want to make it work for the sake of their son."

Naya Rivera, 30, first dated Ryan Dorsey when she was still on "Glee". She was pregnant with his baby after their breakup but decided to get an abortion because her career was taking off. In 2013, she dated Big Sean. They got engaged but never made it to the altar. In her memoir later, she claimed he cheated on her with Ariana Grande.

After calling off her wedding with Sean, the Santana Lopez depicter reconciled her romance with Dorsey. They then tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in July 2014, on the same date she was supposed to marry her rapper ex-fiance. The couple welcomed their first child together, a son named Josey, in September 2015.

In November 2016 after two years of marriage, Rivera filed for divorce from Dorsey. She asked for a primary physical custody of the little boy with visitation rights for her husband. "After much consideration, we have made the decision to end our marriage. Our priority is and always will be our beautiful son that we share together. We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him. We ask for respect and privacy for our family during this difficult time," they said in a joint statement.

In March this year, the mother of one sparked hookup rumors with 53-year-old actor David Spade. They were seen getting touchy-feely in a swimming pool during a vacation in Hawaii. She laughed off the romance rumors days later. Without directly mentioning Spade, she said in a Snapchat video, "Holy s**t guys. The easter bunny and the f**king tooth fairy are for sure dating. I just saw them."
