The 43-year-old former model and the Norwegian photographer reportedly have decided to go their separate ways after being together for nearly five years.

AceShowbiz - Tyra Banks has called it quits with photographer baby daddy Erik Asla. Page Six is the first to report the news, stating that the "America's Next Top Model" creator and the Norwegian photographer have decided to go their separate ways after being together for nearly five years.
Though they're no longer together, there's no bad blood between them as they commit to co-parenting their 21-month-old son York. A source told the news outlet that the separation "came drama-free and they're co-parenting their young son."
Though Erik has agreed to move out of the family home, the exes are still working together professionally and he will shoot the credit for "ANTM". As explained by the insider, "He is slated to shoot the photos for the opening credits of ... the upcoming 'America's Next Top Model'."
The split comes more than a year after it was reported that the pair were struggling to keep their relationship on track following the birth of their son. The little boy was born via a surrogate in January last year after the 43-year-old was forced to endure "traumatic" rounds of fertility treatment in years before.
"When I turned 40, the one thing I was not happy about is that I did not have kids," Tyra said at the time. "I'm like, 'Damn, the clock is ticking!' When you're like, 'OK, I'm just going to do it,' then it's not so easy as you get older."
"I've had some not happy moments with [IVF], very traumatic moments. It's difficult as you get older. It's not something that can just happen," the "America's Got Talent" host continued, before saying that she's keen to protect her son from fame.
"I'm trying to hide him with a blanket," she said. "I pull over the gas station after they get the shot, I text his dad and I'm like, 'I've got to put this picture out before the paparazzi. I don't want them to make money off our child and have the first picture.' So, I posted the damn picture."
"The next day, there ain't no paparazzi pictures, because mama knew how to hide that camera," continued the "Black or White" stunner. "She's a supermodel for a reason! And so now his picture is out there and I didn't need it to be!"
Tyra began dating Erik in 2013. She's also played stepmother to Erik's two daughters from a previous relationship.
