The former 'Saved by the Bell' actor was assaulted after working out at a gym during his stay in the Sin City over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - Mario Lopez had an unpleasant experience at a Las Vegas hotel over the weekend. According to TMZ, the Extra host was assaulted by a man after working out at the Planet Hollywood Spa by Mandara on Friday, September 15.

Lopez, 42, accidentally bumped into a fellow gym goer after working up a sweat. "Excuse me," he quickly apologized, but the other man had none of it. "You got a problem?" the man challenged the star before an employee intervened.

The "Saved by the Bell" star then retrieved his phone from benches in the locker room, but the other man snatched it and hurled it against the wall, shattering it into pieces. As tensions rose, security quickly stepped in and police were called.

However, the father of two declined to press charges. His damaged phone was replaced by the hotel and the aggressor was banned from the facility.

Mario Lopez was in the Sin City with his wife Courtney. The couple checked out Jennifer Lopez's residency show at Planet Hollywood. "My girl @JLo got down tonight....," he captioned a picture of J.Lo in a white bedazzled jumpsuit on stage.
