With 'absolute love and respect,' the 'M.I.L.F.$' singer and her actor husband decide to call off their marriage.

AceShowbiz - Another celebrity couple bites the dust. Stacy Ferguson, 42, and Josh Duhamel, 44, are heading to divorceville. The couple has just announced that they decided to part ways after 13 years together and 8 years of marriage.
"With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year," they announced in a joint statement. "To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public. We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family."
Fergie and Josh started dating in 2004 after she and Black Eyed Peas appeared on his show "Las Vegas". They were engaged in December 2007 and tied the knot in January 2009. Four months later, she came out as bisexual. They have a 4-year-old son named Axl together.
The couple hasn't made a public appearance together since June when they took their son to church. They celebrated their anniversary in January. "8 years!! Love you babe," Josh captioned an Instagram picture of them with their child. It was a photo of them on the beach. She also shared a photo from the celebratory trip. They were all smiles in both images.
Josh last posted an image with his wife back in July. They were seemingly at a concert. Meanwhile, Fergie last shared a photo with her husband in June. It was taken backstage at her show. Still wearing her scantily-clad costume, she was seen holding her little boy.
Fergie has been busy promoting her second solo studio album "Double Dutchess". It's coming out September 22. Her son is featured in a song called "Enchante (Carine)". She also collaborated with Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and YG.
The Black Eyed Peas is also working on their next studio installment, but Fergie is unlikely to get involved. The group last dropped an album "The Beginning" in 2010. They also teamed up with Marvel to release a comic book called "Masters of the Sun" featuring themselves.
It's also a busy year for Josh Duhamel. The actor has three movies "The Show", "CHiPs" and "Transformers: The Last Knight" coming out this year. He will next star in Greg Berlanti's "Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda".
