A man in Michigan has filed a lawsuit against the rap duo, who allegedly threw a bottled water at him and caused permanent scarring during a show last year.

AceShowbiz - Rae Sremmurd has been known for their lively and, sometimes, wild performance onstage. While fans may enjoy that kind of show-stopping gig, a fan seemingly thinks the hip-hop duo crossed the line when they threw a water bottle at his face during a concert in October 2016.
According to TMZ, a Michigan man has sued the rap group for negligience, assault and battery after they recklessly threw a bottled water, which hit him straight in the nose. The lawsuit claims that the group gave no warning before firing the bottle to the crowd. The man was allegedly hit so forcefully that "a chunk of his face" was ripped off.
He was rushed straight to the hospital after the incident, which made him suffer permanent scarring and disfigurement, in addition to the embarrassment he has faced. In the lawsuit, the man is asking for an undisclosed amount of money for his medical bills and other damages.
Legal trouble aside, Rae Sremmurd is currently working hard in the studio. The Mississippi-bred duo has been teasing fans about "SremmLife 3" since forever, so they are expected to release the effort in the near future. The upcoming album is the follow-up to "SremmLife 2", which featured the duo's mega hit "Black Beatles" featuring Lil Uzi Vert.
Besides the group's project, Swae Lee is preparing his solo album "Swaecation" and Slim Jimmy is said to have a solo project in the works as well. Swae Lee has taken his career to the next level with his collaboration with French Montana, "Unforgettable", earlier this year.
"Man, we got 'Unforgettable' going crazy right now," he recently said. "I got a whole album full of songs like that. W got a whole 'SremmLife 3' next project coming soon. We about done with that already. About to wrap it up."
