Find out what makes Troy suddenly become so angry and point his gun at Nick in the new sneak peek of the season 3B premiere.

AceShowbiz - A new sneak peek of "Fear the Walking Dead" season 3B has been released ahead of the show's return. Making its way out via TVLine, the video hints that the peaceful state between the Broke Jaw Ranch and the Black Hat Reservation is so fragile and could easily be ruined with a single move, especially when someone with a wild temperament like Troy is involved.

In the clip, Walker, Madison and Nick come to the Otto home to collect Otto's weapons. When Walker suggests that they check upstairs, Nick suddenly gets ticked off and pulls out his gun. Nick comes forward to calm him down and is eventually left in the room alone with Troy who points his gun at Nick.

New photos of season 3B have additionally been released via ComicBook.com. One of them sees Walker on the road. Strand is featured in an unknown location, with a group of walkers or people standing outside the fence.

There's also a picture showing Alicia looking a little distraught. Madison is pointing her gun at someone unseen in another image, and there's a snap showing a group of walkers walking across a field.

"Fear the Walking Dead" returns with the remainder of its third season on Sunday, September 10 at 9/8c on AMC. Showrunner Dave Erickson told EW about the direction of the season, "It's going to get darker and deeper."

He also talked about Nick keeping the secret that he killed Jeremiah Otto, "I think there's now a big secret. They've committed a murder, and there's going to be a conspiracy that surrounds that. And I think one of the big questions of the back half is how is Nick and ultimately, Alicia and Madison are going to be able to process what they've done, and then what happens when the sons learn how the father really died."

On Madison's role following the death of Travis, he dished in an interview with ComicBook.com, "From a story perspective, the loss of Travis forced her to double down on the ranch and on this family. On the Ottos, even though there's a lot of ugliness and violence that goes with Troy and as the season progresses, also goes with Jeremiah. But it really forced her hand and made her embrace this place as a home. And she becomes hell-bent on ensuring that it stays that way. So there is that, but yeah, it opened up more story."
