The 'Blank Space' hitmaker's new visuals for the vengeful song was viewed more than 30 million times on YouTube in its first 24 hours.

AceShowbiz - A few days after making her grand comeback, Taylor Swift has already broken records. Her video for "Look What You Made Me Do" racked up 31 million views on YouTube in its first 24 hours, becoming the most-watched music video on the platform in a single day. Premiered on Sunday night at the VMAs, the video has been viewed 1.5 million times every hour.

Adele's "Hello" video previously owned the record with 27.7 million views on its October 23, 2015 release day. Rounding out the top five of most-viewed music videos in 24-hour period are Taylor's "Bad Blood" (20.1 million views), Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" (19.6 million views) and Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" (19.3 million views).

"Look What You Made Me Do" also set Spotify's global first-day record with eight million streams on its release date. Additionally, the lyric video for the track broke YouTube's record for the most-watched lyric video in 24 hours with more than 19 million views.

Achievements aside, "Look What You Made Me Do" video has fueled speculations that the vengeful song is aimed at Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The clip features a scene where Taylor swims in a bathtub full of diamonds while singing about someone's "perfect crime." Many believe this is a reference to Kim's robbery accident in Paris last year.

"Kim is furious that Taylor took it there. What has gone on so far is one thing, but mocking her terrifying break-in is another. Kim had a gun pointed at her and she thought she was going to die that night," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "Almost being killed is not a joke. It was real life, not part of some dumb pop star feud. Kim's children almost lost their mother that night and Taylor is making fun of it."

"All Kim ever did was play a tape of what Taylor really said. Taylor couldn't handle it so she now lashing out, but she's taking it too far," the source added. "Kim is saying all the right things and purposefully ignoring Taylor, but behind closed doors she's really upset. She's going to clap back but no word on how or when."

Taylor's highly-publicized beef with Kim and Kanye sparked last year when the spitter's song "Famous" included the lines "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that b***h famous." Taylor denounced the lyrics when the song and its video were released. A few months later, Kim leaked the video and audio of Taylor and Kanye's phone conversation, confirming that Taylor approved of the controversial lyrics.
