In pictures obtained by The Daily Mail, He was shirtless, showing off his abs in a pair of dark blue board shorts while his female companion paraded her toned body in a black bikini. They got close while making a splash in the ocean.
Bloom, 40, was rumored to get back together with Katy, 32, after they spent the weekend in Los Angeles. They cuddled up when watching Ed Sheeran's concert at the Staples Center and left together in his motorcycle.
The pair took a "respectful, loving space" back in February after dating for 10 months. She was previously married to actor/comedian Russell Brand while he was to model Miranda Kerr.
