Pink to Be Honored With Video Vanguard Award at MTV VMAs 2017

The singer who has just released a new single 'What About Us' is announced as a special honoree at the awards show taking place August 27.

AceShowbiz - Pink has been announced as a special honoree at the upcoming 34th annual MTV Video Music Awards. The 37-year-old singer/songwriter is confirmed to receive Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the live ceremony on August 27.

Pink is among the musicians lined up to perform at the awards show. She is joined by Katy Perry who also serves as a host, Kendrick Lamar who dominates the nominations list, Miley Cyrus, Ed Sheeran, Lorde, Shawn Mendes, Fifth Harmony, The Weeknd and 30 Seconds to Mars.

The mother of two is expected to perform medley of her hit singles during the star-studded ceremony. She is also expected to sing her latest single "What About Us" from her next studio installment "Beautiful Trauma" which is due October 13 in the United States.
