Spider-Man Joins Doctor Strange in New 'Avengers: Infinity War' Set Photo

In the picture shared by Robert Downey Jr., he, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland and directors Joe and Anthony Russo are sharing a laugh when Stan Lee visits the set.

AceShowbiz - After Scott Lang a.k.a. Ant-Man, now Doctor Strange meets Spider-Man. Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Holland are seen together on the set of "Avengers: Infinity War" in a new photo shared by Robert Downey Jr. on Instagram.

In the image, Cumberbatch dons Doctor Strange's costume complete with his cape. He sports blood on his cheek. Holland is covered up in an oversized jacket, but his motion-capture tights can be seen sticking out from under the coat.

The actors are sharing a laugh with directors Joe and Anthony Russo when Stan Lee visits the set. " 'I owe it all to you ...' #thankyou #bts #represent @marvelstudios #laughlikenooneiswatching #Avengers #StanLee #InfinityWar," so Downey captions the picture.

"Avengers: Infinity War" is currently in production in Atlanta, Ga. Downey, Cumberbatch, Mark Ruffalo, Paul Rudd and Benedict Wong have been spotted on the set. The movie will also bring back Chris Evans as Captain America, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Sebastian Stan as Winter Soldier, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Elizabeth Olsen Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany as Vision.

Josh Brolin will play Thanos. "Guardians of the Galaxy" cast including Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel are also set to star in it.

In "Infinity Wars", as the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality.
